Order Processing
Fast Fulfillment: Both customized (engraved) and non-customized products are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. (Note: During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, customization may occasionally take up to 3 business days.)
Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Origin
Depending on product availability, orders may be shipped from our U.S. warehouse or from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on product availability, destination, and shipping origin.
For products shipped from our U.S. warehouse, delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
For products shipped from our Shenzhen, China, fulfillment center, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after shipment.
