Order Handling Time: Both customized (engraved) and non-customized products are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Origin
Depending on product availability, orders may be shipped from our U.S. warehouse or from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated transit time depends on product availability, destination, and shipping origin:
- For products shipped from our U.S. warehouse: Delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
- For products shipped from our Shenzhen, China, fulfillment center: Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after shipment.
Estimated Total Delivery Time (Handling Time + Transit Time)
- Shipping from U.S. Warehouse: 4–8 business days total from the order date.
- Shipping from Shenzhen Fulfillment Center: 11–18 business days total from the order date.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we work diligently to meet these timelines, shipping may vary during peak seasons, holidays, customs inspections, local carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
